Trouble typeC7631: Supply power line 1 error

Trouble detection conditionAll of the fuse detection units of the same supply power line (24V11) detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-DC power supply (DCPU)
-Expansion control board (EXCB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F11E, F12E, F13E, F17E conduction check
  2. EXCB ICP1, ICP3 or ICP5 conduction check.
  3. Check the connector between DCPU CN6-BASEB CN14E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between BASEB CN11E-EXCB CN1EX for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACKNH02101)
  6. Replace EXCB. (Part# AA7NH00500)
  7. Replace DCPU. (Part# AA7NR71600)
