Trouble typeC8302: DF cooling fan failure

Trouble detection conditionThe fan lock signal remains Low for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM-relay CN115-DFCB CN19 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. FM load check
    • Check code: 60
    • Multi code: 113
    • Control signal: DFCB CN19-1 (REM), DFCB CN19-3 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: DF 4-C
  4. Replace FM. (Part# AAMPM10900)
  5. Replace DFCB. (Part# AAMPH00105)
