Trouble detection conditionWhen the main power switch ON or when the original is being conveyed, the AD value there is no paper loaded state is out of the predetermined range.

-DF control board (DFCB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between MFDB/TX CN111-relay CN114-DFCB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between MFDB/RX CN110-relay CN115-DFCB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. MFDB/TX operation check
    • Control signal: DFCB CN1-6
    • Location of electrical component: 23-X
  4. MFDB/RX operation check
    • Control signal: DFCB CN1-3
    • Location of electrical component: 23-X
  5. MFDB/TX ICP1 conduction check
  6. Replace MFDB/TX. (UK-P19 Part# ACCNH00100)
  7. Replace MFDB/RX. (UK-P19 Part# ACCNH00200)
  8. Replace DFCB. (Part# A93EH00901)
