Trouble type CA052: Controller hardware error

Trouble detection conditionA controller hardware error is detected in the network interface.
Trouble isolation
Relevant electrical parts• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check to see if the following setting has been correctly made: [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [Image Controller Setting].
  2. If changing the setting, turn OFF the main power switch and turn it ON again after 10 seconds or more.
  3. Check the connectors on BASEB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace CPUB. (Part# AA2JH02N06)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA2JH02005)
