Trouble detection conditionA controller hardware error is detected in the network interface.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connectors on BASEB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace CPUB. (C4000i Part# Part# AAJRH01005 / C3300i Part# AAJTH01005)
  3. Replace BASEB. (Part# AAJRH02005)
