Procedure

1. Turn OFF the main power switch, disconnect and then connect the power cord. Wait for 10 sec. or more after connect the power cord, and turn ON the main power switch. Turn OFF and ON the power switch at the vendor side.
2. Check the connector between the vendor-MFPB CN27E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 368/308)
3. Check the connector between the vendor-MFPB CN35E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 558/458)
4. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
5. Replace the vendor. (Contact Konica Minolta technical support if this needs to be replaced.)
