Procedure
- Check the ROM version.
- Rewrite the firmware.
- Check the connector between ERB CN1-BASEB CN20E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- Replace ERB.ERB (Part# AA2JH00C00)
- 1. Replace the current ERB with a new one.
- 2. Replace the following components with new ones.
- When the transfer belt unit, transfer roller and the fusing unit have been replaced with new ones, perform [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] -> [New Release].
- Imaging unit C4050i/C3350i Imaging Unit Black AAJV01D Yellow AAJV06D Magenta AAJV0CD Cyan AAJV0HD
- Transfer belt unit C4050i/C3350i Transfer Belt Unit Part# AAJRR70100
- Fusing unit C4050i/C3350i Fusing Unit Part # AAJRR70300

- Feed roller, pick-up roller, separation roller (including options) Paper Feed Roller Part # A64J564101 Pick Up Roller Part # A64J564201 Separation Roller Part # A00J563600
- Separation pad C4050i/C3350i Separation Pad Part # AAJRR72200
- Toner filter C4050i/C3350i Toner Filter Part # A92E158100
- 3. Turn ON the main power switch and check to see that warm-up is started.
- Make sure that trouble codes other than C2650 or improper IU/TC placement is not detected.
- 4. Make the specified readjustments.
- Replace CPUB.CPUB (Part# A93EH01004)
- Replace BASEB.BASEB (Part# A93EH02007)
