Procedure
- Check the ROM version.
- Check the machine type information registered and reenter as necessary.
For details the machine information, see “Entering the machine type information”. - Rewrite the firmware.
- Replace CPUB. (Part# ACTAH01003)
- Replace the microSD. (Contact Konica Minolta regarding replacement part# if needed)
- Replace BASEB. (Part# ACTAH02014)
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
