Procedure
- Check the ROM version.
- Check the machine type information registered and reenter as necessary. For details the machine information, see Entering the machine type information (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) location of parts
Eprom part #( V864800107 ) - Rewrite the firmware.
- Replace MMCB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) (Contact support-line)
- Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e (Part# AA6VH02101 ) / bizhub 658e/558e)(Part# AA6RH02103 ) ( 458e )(Part # AA6UH02101 )
