Trouble detection condition• The master authentication customize data is corrupted upon startup.
• Registration of authentication customize data in the main body has failed upon startup.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsMFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Reinstall the authentication customize data.
  2. Rewrite the firmware.
  3. Replace MFPB. (bizhub C368/C308/C258 (Part# A7PUH02123) / bizhub C658/C558/C458 (C458 Part# A79MH02102 / C558 or C658 Part # A79JH02102))
