Trouble detection conditionThe authentication customize data version is later than the firmware version of the machine.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsMFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Rewrite the main body firmware with the latest one and reinstall the authentication customize data.
  2. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e Part# AA6VH02101 / bizhub 658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103 /458e Part# AA6UH02101)
