CD00F: Data transfer from the storage is faulty.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-microSD
-CPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the microSD for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  2. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace the microSD. (Contact Konica Minolta for replacement part# if needed)
  4. Replace CPUB. (Part# ACTAH01003)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACTAH02014)
