Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

Procedure

  1. Carry out the [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format].
  2. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) / HDD (B))HDD (Part# A5C1M72H00) HDD B (Part# A2X0M72C00)
  3. Replace MFPB. MFPB (Part# A796H02015)
