• CPU board (CPUB)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the microSD for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  2. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  3. Select [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format] and perform the function.
  4. Replace the microSD. Contact Konica Minolta technical support if this needs to be replaced.
  5. Replace CPUB.CPUB (Part# C3300i AAJTH01005 C4000i AAJRH01005)
  6. Replace BASEB.BASEB (Part# AAJRH02005)
