Trouble detection conditionThe storage board (STRGB) or CPU board (CPUB) used on other MFPs is installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Storage board (STRGB)
-CPU board (CPUB)

Procedure

  1. Replace the board with the new STRGB and CPUB.
    STRGB (Storage Board) (Part# AA2JM72700)
    CPUB 650i/550i (Part# AC74H02P03) / 450i (Part# AC76H02P02)
    Or, reuse the original STRGB and CPUB.
