Trouble detection condition• File memory capacity on the MFP board (MFPB) is not enough.
• File memory capacity necessary for duplex printing is not enough.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB) 
• Memory board (MEMB; UK-211) (bizhub C368/C308/C258 only)

 Procedure

  1. Check to see if MEMB on MFPB is installed correctly. (bizhub C368/C308/C258 only)
  2. Replace MEMB on MFPB. (bizhub C368/C308/C258 only) Unknown (Referenced to UK-211 Upgrade Kit)
  3. Replace MFPB. (C458 Part# A79MH02102 / C558 or C658 Part # A79JH02102) / (C368/C308/C258) Part# A7PUH02123)
