Trouble detection conditionCD203:File memory capacity on the MFP board (MFPB) is not enough.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB) 
• Memory board 2 (MEMB/2) (bizhub 368/308: UK-211, bizhub 558/458: standard)

Procedure

  1. Check to see if MEMB/2 on MFPB is installed correctly.
  2. Replace MEMB/2 on MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 Replace UK-211 / bizhub 558/458 Replace MEMB/2)
  3. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
