Trouble typeCD261: USB board failure

Trouble detection condition• When a failure is detected in USB board included in the local interface kit.
• Non-standard USB device is connected.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• USB board (EK-608)
• USB board (EK-609)

Procedure

  1. Check the operation with another USB device.
  2. Check the USB board connector for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace the USB board. (EK-608 Part# A7AHH02H01 / EK-609 Part# A7AHH02702)
  4. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
