Trouble typeCD272: i-Option activated and additional memory and HDD not installed

Trouble detection conditionWhile the i-Option is activated, the additional memory and the HDD are not installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Memory board/2 (MEMB/2: UK-211)

 Procedure

  1. Check MEMB/2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Access [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [HDD] and check to see if �??Installed�?? is selected.
  3. Replace MEMB/2. (Unknown Part#)
  4. Replace the hard disk (A). Part# A5C1M72H00
  5. Replace MFPB. (Part# AA6VH02101)
