Procedure
- Replace the following components with new ones.
- Configure [New Release] in Service Mode before replacing the image transfer belt unit and the fusing unit. When the transfer roller has been replaced with a new one, perform [Counter clear].
- Developing unit/K (Part# ACV803D)
- Drum unit/K (Part# AAV70RD)
- Toner cartridge/K (Part# AC7A030)
- Transfer belt unit (Part# AC74R70100)
- Fusing unit (Part# AA2JR70311)
- Transfer roller (Part# AA2JR72000)
- Feed roller
Tray 1-2: (Part# A64J564101)
Manual bypass tray: (Part# A00F623201) - pick-up roller
Tray 1-2: (Part# A64J564201)
Manual bypass tray: (Part# A5C1562200) - separation roller (including options)
Tray 1-2: (Part# AA2J560000)
Manual bypass tray: (Part# AA7N591100)
- Turn OFF the main power switch and unplug the power cord. Connect the power cord after 15 sec. or more, and turn ON the main power switch.
- Set the various setting values in the service mode again.
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
