Procedure
- Replace the following components with new ones.
- Configure [New Release] in Service Mode before replacing the image transfer belt unit, transfer roller and the fusing unit.
- Imaging unit (C Part# AAJV0HE, M Part# AAJV0CE, Y Part# AAJV06E, K Part# AAJV01E)
- Transfer belt unit (Part# AAJRR70100)
- Fusing unit (Part# AAJRR70300)
- Transfer roller(Part# AAJRR70500)
- (Part# A64J564101/Part# A64J564201), pick-up roller (Part# A64J564201), separation roller (including options) (Part# A00J563600)
- Separation pad (Part# AAJRR72200)
- Toner filter (Part# A92E158100)
- Turn OFF the main power switch and unplug the power cord. Connect the power cord after 15 sec. or more, and turn ON the main power switch.
- Set the various setting values in the service mode again.
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
