Trouble detection conditionMFP board (MFPB) is faulty.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the main power switch and turn it ON again, and conduct the following setting. [Service Mode] -> [System 1] -> [Initialization] -> [Clear All Data].
  2. Format the hard disk.
  3. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) /HDD (B))308 Part # A5C1M72H00 558 Part # A5C1M72H00
  4. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
