Trouble typeCE002: Message and method parameter failure

Trouble detection conditionMFP board (MFPB) is faulty.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

Procedure

  1. urn OFF the main power switch and turn it ON again, and conduct the following setting. [Service Mode] -> [System 1] -> [Initialization] -> [Clear All Data].
  2. Select [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format] and perform the function.
  3. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) / HDD (B)) (HDD(A) Part# A5C1M72H00) / HDD(B) (Part# A2X0M72C00)
  4. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) (658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103 / 458e Part# AA6UH02101 / 368e/308e Part# AA6VH02101)
