Trouble typeCE101: Browser finish detected

Trouble detection condition• The browser is automatically recovered (restarted) after the main body detected that the browser (separate process) has stopped with fault.
• When the Malfunction finish is detected over predetermined number of times the browser task process is except in idle (printing, etc).
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsMFP board (MFPB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connectors on MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
