Trouble detection conditionWhen the transmission log storage failed, it repeats retrial until transmission operation log is stored. The trouble is detected when the retrial failed for predetermined number of times.

Relevant electrical partsMFP board (MFPB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connectors on MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e)(658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103 / 458e Part# AA6UH02101 / 368e/308e Part# AA6VH02101)
