Procedure
- Turn OFF the main power switch, disconnect and then connect the power cord. Wait for 10 sec. or more after connect the power cord, and turn ON the main power switch.
- Check the connectors of the control panel unit for proper connection and correct or replace as necessary.
- Check the connectors of MFPB for proper connection and correct or replace as necessary.
- Rewrite the firmware.
- Execute [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Memory Check] -> [Rough Check], and check that no abnormalities. When “NG” is displayed, replace the appropriate memory or PWB.
- WORK0: Standard memory (MFPB)
- FILE0,1: MFP board (MFPB)
- Replace the control panel unit. (CF734 only) (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) (Part# A7PUM70104)
- Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) (368e/308e Part# AA6VH02101 / 658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103)
