Procedure
- Execute the Self-diag. (Full).
For details, see TROUBLESHOOTING USING SELF-DIAG. (FULL). - If the diagnosis result of Self-diag. (Full) is OK, the hardware part is not the cause of trouble. So, acquire the Machine Management List and contact KM with that information.
