• Memory board/2 (MEMB/2: UK-211, Expansion memory) (bizhub 368e/308e only)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

CFA15 – CFA51

• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the main power switch, disconnect and then connect the power cord. Wait for 10 sec. or more after connect the power cord, and turn ON the main power switch.
  2. Check MEMB/2 for proper connection and correct or replace as necessary.
  3. Check the connectors of HDD (A) or HDD (B) for proper connection and correct or replace as necessary.
  4. Check the connectors of MFPB for proper connection and correct or replace as necessary.
  5. Rewrite the firmware.
  6. Execute [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Memory Check] -> [Rough Check], and check that no abnormalities. When “NG” is displayed, replace the appropriate memory or PWB.
    • WORK0: Standard memory (MFPB)
    • WORK1: Memory board/2 (MEMB/2: UK-211)
    • FILE0,1: MFP board (MFPB)
  7. Execute [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Storage R/W Check], and check that no abnormalities. When “NG” is displayed, replace HDD. (CFA14 to CFA51 only)
  8. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368e/308e / bizhub 658e/558e/458e) (368e/308e Part# AA6VH02101 / 658e/558e Part# AA6RH02103)
