Trouble detection condition– The disabling operation is detected due to an abnormal control sequence in firmware processing (program) controls the MFP controller.

– In most cases, the disabling operation is due to an abnormality in the control sequence under a specific condition or timing.

Procedure

  1. Execute the Self-diag. (Full).
  2. For details, see TROUBLESHOOTING USING SELF-DIAG. (FULL).
  3. If the diagnosis result of Self-diag. (Full) is OK, the hardware part is not the cause of trouble. So, acquire the Machine Management List and contact KM with that information.
  4. For details, see List Output.
