Trouble detection conditionThe tray 1 upper limit sensor (PS7) is not turned ON (blocked) even after the set period of time has elapsed after the paper lift-up operation for the drawer began.

Procedure

  1. Remove the tray and check to see if a piece of paper is not left inside the machine.
  2. Check the connector between M6-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector of M6 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between PS7-BASEB CN22E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  6. PS7 I/O check, sensor check
    • Control signal: BASEB CN22EA-7 (ON)
    • Location of electrical component: 12-C
  7. M6 load check
    • Check code: 23
    • Multi code: 4
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19E-7 to 8
    • Location of electrical component: 10-C
  8. Replace M6. (Part# 9J06M10300)
  9. Replace CPUB. (Part# AAJRH01005)
  10. BASEB F11E conduction check
  11. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
