Trouble typeCD004: Hard disk access error (connection failure)

Trouble detection conditionUnable to communicate between the hard disk and MFP board (MFPB).
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-MFP board (MFPB)
-SATA board (SATAB)
-Hard disk (HDD)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between hard disk-SATAB PJ2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between SATAB PJ1-MFPB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Reinstall the hard disk.
  4. Replace the hard disk. (Part# A5C1M72H00)
  5. Replace MFPB. (Part# A7AHH0201D)
