Trouble typeC7313: UFP scavenging fan/Fr failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-UFP scavenging fan/Fr (FM17)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM17-relay CN801-relay CN5-BASEB CN22E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM17 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM17 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN22E-7 (REM), BASEB CN22E-9 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 12-C
  4. Replace FM17. (Part# A93EM10600)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACKNH02101)
