  3. Proceed with Legacy Troubleshooting (if no Recommended Resolution)
    • If no Recommended Resolution is available, continue with the Legacy Troubleshooting Procedure as outlined in this guide.

Recommended Resolution

Bulletin #14103 addresses C5372 (CPU Temperature Failure) conditions that may occur on bizhub 360i / 300i devices. This issue is most commonly observed when the machine enters Low Power or Sleep mode.

Procedure:

  1. Reboot the machine.
  2. Check for clogging in the ventilation path between the CPUB and the PH/power supply cooling fan, and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace CPUB. (Part# AC77H02P02)
