Procedure
- Replace the following components with new ones.
Configure [New Release] in Service Mode before replacing the image transfer belt unit, transfer roller and the fusing unit.- Imaging unit – IUP36K (Part# AAJV01E)
- Transfer belt unit (Part# ACT9R70300)
- Fusing unit (Part# ACT9R70100)
- Transfer roller (Part# AAJRR70500)
- Feed roller, pick-up roller, separation roller (including options)
Tray 1 feed roller: (Part# A64J564101)
Manual bypass tray feed roller: (Part# A93E597500)
Tray 1 pick-up roller: (Part# A64J564201)
Manual bypass tray pick-up roller: (Part# A5C1562200)
Tray 1 separation roller: (Part# A11U560000)
- Separation pad (Part# AAJRR72200)
- Toner filter (Part# A92E158100)
- Turn OFF the main power switch and unplug the power cord. Connect the power cord after 10 sec. or more, and turn ON the main power switch.
- Set the various setting values in the service mode again.
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
