Trouble typeC2163: PC charge malfunction

Trouble detection conditionWhen electrostatic charge output is ON, electrostatic charge leak detection system continues to detect leaks for a predetermined period of time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Drum unit
• High voltage unit/1 (HV1)
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the drum unit for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between HV1 CN1-MFPB CN9E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace the drum unit. (Part# A8H40RD)
  4. Replace HV1. (Part# A796M40700)
  5. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
