Procedure

  1. Check the storage specifications.
  2. Select [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format] and perform the function.
  3. Replace the microSD. Contact Konica Minolta technical support if this needs to be replaced.
