Trouble detection conditionThe motor lock signal remains LOW for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.

Relevant electrical parts-LCC transport motor (M25)
-Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M25-PFTDB CN13 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M25 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M25 load check
    • Check code: 28
    • Multi code: 25, 26, 27, 28
    • Control signal: PFTDB CN13-1 (DC24V), PFTDB CN13-4 (START/STOP)
    • Location of electrical component: 11-X
  4. Replace M25. (Part# A796M10002)
  5. PFTDB F15 conduction check
  6. Replace PFTDB. (Part# A795H00200)
