| Trouble detection condition | – The 2nd transfer pressure sensor (PS50) is not turned OFF (unblocked) (retracted) within a given period of time after the 2nd transfer pressure motor (M3) has started rotating during retraction of the 2nd transfer roller. – The 2nd transfer pressure sensor (PS50) is not turned ON (blocked) (pressed) within a given period of time after the 2nd transfer pressure motor (M3) has started rotating during pressure of the 2nd transfer roller. |

Procedure
- Check the connector between M3-relay CN901-relay CN271B-PFTDB CN8 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between PS50-relay CN902-relay CN271B-PFTDB CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- PS50 I/O check, sensor check
- Control signal: PFTDB CN2-9 (ON)
- Location of electrical component: 7-P
- M3 load check
- Check code: 24
- Multi code: 4, 5
- Control signal: PFTDB CN8-1 (REM)
- Location of electrical component: 6-P
- Replace M3.
- PFTDB F30 conduction check.
- Replace PFTDB.
- Replace CPUB.
- Replace BASEB.
