Procedure
- Check the connector between M19-MFPB CN10E, CN16E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector of M19 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
- M19 load check
- Check code: 50
- Multi code: 5, 6, 7, 8
- Control signal: MFPB CN16E-5 (DC24V), MFPB CN10E<A>-9 (START/STOP)
- Location of electrical component: 5-K
- Replace M19. (Part# A61DM10200)
- Replace the developing unit/K. (Part# A9K703D)
- MFPB F10E conduction check
- Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
