Trouble type	C225C: PC motor/K turning at abnormal timing

Trouble detection condition	The motor lock signal remains LOW for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• Drum unit • PC motor/K (M18) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between M18-MFPB CN10E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the connector of M18 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
3. M18 operation check
   • Control signal: MFPB CN10E-10 (REM), MFPB CN10E-13 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 5-K, 7-K
4. Replace M18. (Part# A796M10100)
5. Replace the drum unit. (Part# A8H40RD)
6. MFPB F2E or F9E conduction check
7. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
