Trouble typeC2653: EEPROM access error (IU Y)

Trouble detection condition-The re-written data, which has been read out, checked and founded as error, is read out again and found as error.
-The error was found when reading out the counter value.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Imaging unit/Y
-PH relay board (PHRYB)
-MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Clean the connection between the imaging unit and the machine if dirty.
  2. Reinstall the imaging unit.
  3. Check the connector between the imaging unit/Y-relay CN204-PHRYB CN4 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between the imaging unit/M-relay CN207-PHRYB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between the imaging unit/C-relay CN211-PHRYB CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Replace the imaging unit. (Part# A9K708D)
  7. Replace PHRYB. (Part# A8JEH00301)
  8. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
