| Trouble detection condition | -After warm-up operation starts, the heating roller temperature sensor/1 (TEMS1) does not detect a temperature increasing to a predetermined one though a predetermined period of time has elapsed. -From the start of warm-up operation, it does not terminate within a predetermined period of time. |

Procedure
- Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
- Check the open/close operation of the upper right door.
- Check the connector between TEMS1-relay CN512-MFPB CN31E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between NF1 CN1-CN1AC for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between NF1 CN2-IHPU CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary. (Japan and Taiwan model only)
- Check the connector between NF1 CN3-MFPB CN29E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between IHPU CN6-MFPB CN26E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Replace the fusing unit. (Part# A8JER70222)
- Replace IHPU. (Part# A8KNM40A02)
- Replace NF1. (Part# A795M40J00)
- Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
