Trouble typeC3B09: IH communication error

Trouble detection conditionNo signal has been received from the IH power supply a predetermined number of consecutive times.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Fusing unit
• IH coil (IHC)
• IH power supply (IHPU)
• IH magnetic erasing board (IHMEB)
• Noise filter (NF1)
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the open/close operation of the right door.
  3. Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN30E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between MFPB CN18E-IHPBCN8for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between NF1CN2-IHPU CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Check the connector between IHPU CN7-IHMEB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  7. Check the connector between IHPU-IHC for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  8. Check the connector between IHC-IHMEB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  9. Replace the fusing unit. ( 958)A796R71422 )( 808)A795R72922 )
  10. Replace IHC. ( A8KNM40401 )
  11. Replace IHPU. (958)( A796M40B00 )(808)( A8KNM40A02 )
  12. Replace IHMEB. ( A796H00W00 )
  13. Replace NF1. (958)( A796M40H00 )(808)( A795M40J00 )
  14. Replace MFPB. ( A796H02003)
