Trouble typeC3B09: IH communication error

Trouble detection conditionNo signal has been received from the IH power supply unit a predetermined number of consecutive times.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-IH power supply unit (IHPU)
-Noise filter (NF1)
-MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the open/close operation of the right door.
  3. Check the connector between MFPB CN26E-IHPU CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between NF1 CN3-MFPB CN29E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between CN1AC-NF1 CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Check the connector between NF1 CN2-IHPU CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  7. Replace IHPU. (Part# A8KNM40A02)
  8. Replace NF1. (Part# A795M40J00)
  9. MFPB F21E conduction check
  10. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
