Trouble type	C4301: PH cooling fans failure to turn

Trouble detection condition	The fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the fan is turning.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• PH cooling fan (FM14) • PH relay board (PHRYB) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between FM14-relay CN202-PHRYB CN4 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
3. FM14 operation check
   • Control signal: PHRYB CN4-8 (DRIVE), PHRYB CN4-9 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 6-B, 7-B
4. Replace FM14. (Part# 9J03M10000)
5. PHRYB F2 conduction check.
6. Replace PHRYB. (Part# A796H00300)
7. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
