Trouble detection condition-SOS signal is not detected even after the lapse of a given period of time after starting the laser output.
-SOS signal is not detected for a given period of time during printing or IDC sensor adjustment.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-PH unit
-PH relay board (PHRYB)
-MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between the PH unit-PHRYB CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace the PH unit. (Part# A8JER70300)
  3. PHRYB ICP2 conduction check.
  4. Replace PHRYB. (Part# A8JEH00301)
  5. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
