Trouble detection conditionThe destination of the main body and that of the paper feed/transport drive board are mismatched.

Relevant electrical partsPaper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the marketing area of PFTDB If the marketing area is incorrect, replace PFTDB for proper marketing area.
  2. Replace PFTDB. (Part# A796H00200)
  3. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
