Trouble type	C5104: Transfer belt motors rotation trouble

Trouble detection condition	The motor lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor is turning.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• Transfer belt unit • Transfer belt motor (M1) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Check the connector between M1-MFPB CN10E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the loading status of the transfer belt drive, and correct the error as necessary.
3. Check the drive gear of the transfer belt unit for rotation and correct any faulty rotation.
4. M1 operation check
   • Control signal: MFPB CN10E-3 (REM), MFPB CN10E-6 (LOCK)
   • Location of electrical component: 6-K, 8-K
5. Replace M1. (Part# A796M10100)
6. Replace the transfer belt unit. (Part# A795R71422)
7. MFPB F2E or F11E conduction check
8. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
