Trouble detection conditionThe zero cross signal is not input during fusing phase control.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• Fusing unit
• DC power supply (DCPU)
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
  2. Check the fusing unit and DCPU for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.
  3. Replace the fusing unit. (Part# A161R71888)
  4. Replace MFPB. (Part# A7PUH02123)
  5. Replace DCPU. (Part# A7PUR70700)
