Trouble typeC5701: Power supply malfunction

Trouble detection conditionA condition is detected in which no power is being supplied to the base board (BASEB).
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsFront door switch (SW2)Right door switch (SW5)DC power supply (DCPS)CPU board (CPUB)Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between DCPS CN4-BASEB CN3E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between DCPS CN6-BASEB CN1E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace CPUB.
  5. BASEB F5E conduction check
  6. Replace BASEB.
  7. Replace DCPS.
